Swinga Convert ("we", "our", or "us") operates https://swinga-convert.netlify.app/. Free tier users can use our media conversion service without creating an account. When a user chooses to upgrade to a VIP plan using Google Sign-In (Google OAuth), we collect only the user's basic Google email address to verify and link their VIP subscription status across devices.

2. How We Use & Protect Your Information

We use your Google email address strictly for account authentication, subscription verification, and customer support. We do not sell, rent, or share your Google user data with any third parties. Payments are processed securely through PayPal.

3. Cookies & Analytics

We use local storage and optional analytics cookies (only after user consent) to remember your language preference and track anonymous daily usage limits.

4. Terms of Service

By using Swinga Convert, you agree to use the service only for personal, authorized, or royalty-free media content. VIP subscriptions provide up to 300 downloads per day for the duration of the selected plan (30 days for Monthly or 365 days for Annual).
